We built this because
we got tired of watching good businesses drown in admin.
Orbys started on a shop floor, not in a pitch deck. The first agent existed because a production manager was spending his evenings writing work orders that a machine had already told him were needed.
The short version
We spent years inside manufacturing operations, watching capable people lose whole days to work that had no judgement in it — copying numbers between systems, chasing the same invoice for the third time, rewriting a quote that was almost identical to last month’s.
When language models got good enough to actually reason about a business rather than just chat, it became obvious that this was the use case. Not a chatbot on a website. An agent that reads what is really happening and does the tedious part.
We built the first version for a manufacturer because manufacturing is the hardest test — messy data, physical constraints, no tolerance for a wrong answer. Once it worked there, the same platform turned out to work for clinics, contractors, distributors and professional firms, because every business loses the same hours to the same kinds of work.
Today Orbys runs from Milton, Ontario and serves businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, in English and Spanish, with the data staying in Canada.

We tell you when the answer is no
If your business does not have enough process to automate yet, or if a $200 tool would solve your problem, we will say that on the first call. A bad fit costs us more than a lost sale does.
A human stays in the loop until you say otherwise
We could ship agents that act unsupervised on day one. We do not, because trust is earned by watching something be right a hundred times, not by reading a marketing page.
Your data is yours, fully and permanently
Hosted in Canada, never used for training, never shared, exportable at any moment. If you leave, we hand it over and delete our copy.
The price is on the website
You should not have to sit through a sales process to find out whether you can afford something. Ours is published, fixed and the same for everyone.
