What it costs,
in plain Canadian dollars.
Every other AI agency in the GTA makes you sit through a discovery call before they will name a number. We think that is a waste of your afternoon. Here is the price — three tiers by company size, every catalogue agent included, from $650 a month.

All 16 agents are included. We never charge you for having an agent or for running one — only for building a new one from scratch, and your plan already includes those.
No lock-in to start
Month to month for your first 90 days. Cancel with 30 days notice and we hand you your data.
Your data stays yours
Hosted in Canada, never used to train anyone else’s model, exportable at any time.
Prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST. Month to month for your first 90 days, then a 12-month term or 10% off for paying annually. Not sure which tier you are? Ask us — it is decided by headcount, not by negotiation.
The 16 agents are the head start.
The custom ones are the point.
Sixteen agents cover the processes most businesses share. They do not cover the one process that only you have — the workaround your team built years ago that everything now depends on. That is what a custom agent is for, and building it is included in your plan.
What each plan includes
Need another one the same year? $1,800 CAD, once — build, testing against your real cases, and maintenance for as long as you stay.
- Credits do not roll over from one year to the next.
- There is never a charge for having an agent or running one. What we charge for is building a new one.
- Every custom agent we build stays covered by platform support, permanently.
One agent of your own, in 30 days — $2,500
We are new in Canada, so we are not going to ask you to take our word for it. Pick one process. We spend a week auditing it, three weeks building an agent for it, and we agree in writing what success means before we start. If it works, the full $2,500 comes off your implementation. If it does not, you keep the diagnostic and you keep the agent.
An agency in the GTA charges $25,000–$80,000 and several months for a custom build — and hands you the maintenance.
See the 30-day agent pilot50% off implementation for our first five clients
We are new in Canada and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Five businesses get half off implementation because early references are worth more to us right now than margin. In exchange we ask for specific things in writing — a case study with real numbers, two reference calls, your logo, and half an hour of feedback a month. Your monthly rate is frozen for 24 months.
The discount is on implementation only. We do not discount the monthly fee, for anyone.
The implementation is the work.
The monthly is the running.
Nobody can drop generic AI into a business and have it be useful. The implementation fee pays for the part that makes it work: someone learning your business properly.
A half-day with you and your team
On site, in your building. We watch how the work actually moves, which is never how the process document says it does.
Your Second Brain, built by hand
Products, clients, suppliers, pricing rules, quality standards, the exceptions everyone knows about. This is what makes an agent yours rather than generic.
Every integration connected
Your accounting, your ERP, your spreadsheets, your inbox. If a system holds part of the truth, we wire it in.
Agents configured and tested against real cases
We run your last three months of real situations through each agent and tune it until the output is something you would have signed.
Training for whoever will use it
Usually about an hour, because there is very little to learn. Mostly it is showing your team that the approval button is safe to press.
What the alternatives cost
for the same problem.
That third row is the one worth sitting with. A single custom agent from an agency costs more than four years of our Growth plan — and at the end of it, keeping the thing alive is your problem, not theirs.
Three things we will not do
- We will not charge you per agent. Having an agent and running an agent are free, in every tier, forever. What we charge for is building a new one — and your plan already includes those.
- We will not discount the monthly fee. Not for anyone, not to close a deal. A rebated monthly becomes the real price, and the next client hears about it. The only discount we have lives in the implementation fee.
- We will not take the project if we think it will not work. Some businesses do not have enough process to automate yet, and we would rather say that on the call than six weeks in.
Frequently asked questions
What does Orbys actually cost?
Three tiers, priced by the size of your company: $650 a month for 15–25 employees, $1,100 for 26–75, and $1,900 for 76–200, plus HST. Implementation is $3,500, $5,500 or $8,500, once. Every tier includes all 16 catalogue agents — no per-user fees and no per-agent fees — plus a number of custom agent builds each year, and your AI and voice usage within fair-use limits.
What is a custom agent, and how is it different from the 16?
The 16 catalogue agents cover processes most businesses share — quoting, collections, production tracking, follow-up. A custom agent is built from scratch for a process only you have. Your plan includes one to four custom builds a year depending on tier, and an extra one is $1,800 CAD once. We never charge you for having an agent or running one; what we charge for is building a new one. An agency in the GTA charges $25,000 to $80,000 for the same work and hands you the maintenance.
We do not know you. How do we start without betting the business?
With a 30-day paid pilot for $2,500 CAD. You pick one process; we audit it for a week, build a custom agent for it over three, and agree in writing what success means before we start. If it works, the full $2,500 comes off your implementation fee and that agent counts as your first custom build. If it does not, you keep the written diagnostic and you keep the agent. There is no version of this where you pay and walk away with nothing.
How long until it is actually working?
Two to five weeks, depending on how many systems we have to read. Week one we map how your business really works and connect your data. Week two the first agents go live in supervised mode, where they draft and you approve. A custom agent takes about three weeks on top of that. Most clients let agents act on their own within the first two months.
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. Orbys sits on top of what you already have — QuickBooks, your ERP, your CRM, Google Sheets, email. If a system has an integration we connect to it. If it does not, we capture the data another way. If you have no system at all, we build the minimum you need as part of setup.
Is this just automation with a new name?
No, and the difference matters. An automation follows rules you wrote in advance. An Orbys agent reads your real data, reasons about the specific situation, and writes something that did not exist before — this client, this amount, this problem. The scheduling around it is automated; the thinking is not.
What if the AI sends something wrong to a customer?
By default nothing leaves your business without a human approving it. You get an email with the drafted message and a button. Only when you have watched an agent work for a while and trust it do you switch that agent to full autonomy — and even then you set the limits.
Where does my data live, and is it private?
Your data is hosted in Canada and handled in line with PIPEDA. It is never used to train a public model, never sold, and never shared with another client. You can export everything at any time, and if you leave we hand it over and delete our copy.
My team is not technical. Will they be able to use it?
That is the point. Your team keeps working the way they work — a form, a QR scan, a message, a phone call. There is nothing new to learn and no dashboard anyone is required to open. The agents adapt to your process, not the other way round.
Do you only work with manufacturers?
No. Manufacturing is where the system was first proven because it is the hardest environment, but the agents are process-agnostic. We run the same platform for clinics, contractors, distributors, professional firms, retailers and property managers across the GTA.
Do you work outside the GTA?
Yes. We are based in Milton and most of our clients are within an hour of us, which is why we can do onboarding in person. Everything after setup works remotely, so we also serve businesses elsewhere in Ontario and across Canada.
What if it does not work for my business?
The monthly fee is month to month with 30 days notice — you are never locked into a year. Before you spend anything we run a free 30-minute session where we map your processes and tell you honestly whether Orbys is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is no.
See it running on your own numbers
Thirty minutes, no slides. We map two of your processes live and tell you honestly what Orbys would do for them — and what it would not.
