Based in Milton.
On site across the GTA.
We do the first week in your building, because that is where the value gets decided — you cannot map a real process over a video call. After setup everything runs remotely, so distance stops mattering.
Milton
ONMilton is where Orbys is based, and it is the clearest example of the problem we built the company to solve. This has been one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Canada for two decades, and the business base grew the same way — quickly, and without much time to build process. We meet companies here that tripled in five years and are still running on the systems they used at a third of the size. Being local means we can be on your floor in ten minutes rather than scheduling a visit for next week.
Mississauga
ONMississauga holds the densest concentration of small industrial and distribution businesses in Canada. Between the airport corporate belt, Dixie, Meadowvale and the northeast employment lands there are thousands of companies with twenty to two hundred employees — big enough to have real operational complexity, small enough that nobody has an IT department. That gap is exactly what we built Orbys for, and it is a twenty-minute drive from us.
Oakville
ONOakville splits neatly in two: the Winston Park and Bronte industrial areas on one side, and a very high concentration of small professional practices — accountants, clinics, consultancies, brokerages — on the other. The practices are our fastest deployments, because a five-person firm can go live in about two weeks and feels the difference in the first billing cycle.
Burlington
ONBurlington sits on the advanced-manufacturing corridor that runs down into Hamilton, with a strong food and beverage cluster alongside it. Businesses here tend to be quality-driven and audit-heavy — ISO, GFSI, customer audits — and the paperwork burden is genuinely the thing owners complain about most. Orbys builds that record automatically as work happens, which changes an audit from a two-week scramble into an export.
Brampton
ONBrampton moves freight. Between the trucking companies, the food processors and the warehouses along Steeles and Airport Road, this is a city where a two-hour delay costs real money and most of the coordination still happens by phone. Orbys is a good fit here because the wins are immediate and measurable: fewer surprise stockouts, fewer "where is my order" calls, invoices that get paid closer to terms.
Hamilton
ONHamilton is rebuilding its industrial identity around advanced manufacturing and health sciences rather than raw steel, and the businesses doing that rebuilding are exactly the size we work best with. Costs are lower here and margins are tighter, which makes the economics of Orbys easy to argue: if it saves one administrative day a week, it has paid for itself.
Vaughan
ONConcord and Woodbridge are full of family-owned builders, fabricators and building-materials suppliers — companies that have been profitable for thirty years on relationships and gut feel, and are now handing over to a second generation that wants the numbers written down. Orbys is often the first system those businesses adopt, which is why we set it up so nobody has to change how they work.
Toronto
ONToronto businesses are usually not short of software — they are short of anything that connects it. A downtown agency, a Scarborough manufacturer and an Etobicoke wholesaler all end up in the same place: six tools that each hold part of the truth and a person whose job is copying between them. Orbys replaces that person's worst hours with agents that read every system and act on what they find.
Richmond Hill
ONRichmond Hill is small-business dense — clinics, dental practices, law offices, trades and service companies, most of them under twenty people. At that size the owner is still the operations manager, and the thing that limits growth is not demand, it is the number of hours the owner has. Orbys is aimed squarely at those hours.
Markham
ONMarkham has more technology companies per square kilometre than anywhere else in Canada, which means business owners here are not afraid of AI — they are sceptical of vendors who cannot explain how it works. Our pitch in Markham is the same as our pitch everywhere, just more technical: real reasoning over your real data, running on infrastructure you can audit, with a human approving anything that leaves the building.
Outside the GTA?
Everything after onboarding works remotely, so we also serve businesses elsewhere in Ontario and across Canada. If you are further out we do the first week over two longer sessions instead of several short ones.
See it running on your own numbers
Thirty minutes, no slides. We map two of your processes live and tell you honestly what Orbys would do for them — and what it would not.
